  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and components to ensure a valid return.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
